Deputy Manager, Smartmove Housing

(Ref:  DMSM/R1/01) 1 X POST

 Salary:  £22,608 per annum, 37.5 Hours per week

 Based in Derry/Londonderry to cover North regions of Northern Ireland

 The aim of this role is to provide a suitable response to the beneficiaries of Smartmove Housing, through appropriate management structures and systems that meets the needs of service users, funding bodies and stakeholders of the Project.

 The Minimum Criteria (a Full Job Description and Personal Specification is available with an application pack)

•          A Relevant Professional Qualification or degree in the field of Housing, Business or related field (minimum NVQ Level III or equivalent)
•           A Management Qualification (level 5 or level 3 equivalent with a commitment to work towards level 5)
•         Two years proven track record of working within a Property letting related service.
•         At least 2 years supervisory management experience.
•         A current driving licence with access to a car. (Can be waived in the case of applicants whose disability prohibits driving, but who is able to organise suitable alternative        arrangements).
•        IT Skills
