DCAL (Department of Culture, Arts and Leisure) is seeking to fill the role of TBUC (Together Building a United Community)Project Information Manager through the Interchange secondment programme. The role will run until 31 March 2016.
Job role
• To provide responses to requests for information e.g. AQs, correspondence, CAL Committee etc for clearance by the Minister.
• To act as secretariat to the TBUC Programme Board including producing a range of Board papers and recording minutes and actions.
• To maintain and update project management information and documentation relative to the TBUC pilot and programme.
• To maintain budget monitoring processes, governance structures and reporting mechanisms for the distribution of funding for the programme.
• To contribute to design and delivery of cross community youth sports programme as appropriate.

• Finance, Governance and Accountability
• Project Management, Design and Delivery
Desirable Criteria
• Experience of working on a project involving community groups.
