Develop & deliver 4 key aspects of the Cornfield Project:
-Development of long-term sustainability plan
-Social enterprise development
-Engagement of contractor - two-year site maintenance with local volunteers
-Development of site activity programme

    1. Will work alongside existing Cornfield Project Working Group members to develop a plan that ensures the long-term sustainability of the site and takes into consideration the role of local partners, utilising and supporting volunteers, community engagement, social enterprise, potential funding opportunities and any other elements deemed relevant to the long-term success of the site
    1. Build on the existing Social Enterprise plan to identify and implement key ideas that will generate income and support the long-term sustainability of the site
    1. Secure and direct a key contractor to deliver a two-year site maintenance plan on the site, with an emphasis on incorporating local volunteers
    1. Develop and support local volunteers to assist ongoing site maintenance including provision of relevant induction, training and supervision of volunteers
    1. Generate participant engagement on the site through the provision of a range of activities and events to ensure maximum involvement from a wide participant base
    1. Engage with key partners involved in the site to ensure a fully collaborative approach to delivery. Maintain effective methods of reporting to and liaising with the funding body and working group overseeing the project. Attend meetings as required to promote the site and related delivery
    1. Market and promote the site both locally and within the wider area to ensure maximum engagement
    1. Ensure all legal compliances are adhered to including effective insurance and health and safety requirements relating to the site. Complete and update risk assessments, policies and procedures related to the site and ongoing activities
    1. Develop funding strategies alongside the working group and assist in applying to external funders as required to ensure the long-term sustainability of the  project
    1. Implement an effective process for monitoring the social impact of the site and evaluating ongoing site delivery to maximise successful project outcomes
    1. Undertake any relevant training deemed necessary to fulfil the requirements of the post
