Main Responsibilities
1. To prepare and serve nutritiously balanced meals.
2. To ensure the efficient, hygienic and safe use of the kitchen equipment, and to supervise other staff in the kitchen.
Based at: Manor Court, Sloan Street, Lurgan, BT66 8NR

Hours: 36 hours per week
Salary: £7.45 per hour
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum 1 years experience in food preparation
- Knowledge of COSHH, HACCP, Health and Safety
- Knowledge of dietary requirements for the elderly
- Understanding elderly needs
