We are looking to recruit a Cook for our residential home Lawnfield,Newcastle.
Cook, Newcastle
Salary: £10,133.76 to £11,822.72 per annum
Hours: 32 hours per week
Location: Residential Home, Lawnfield,Newcastle
Qualifications:
Essential: Relevant cooking/baking experience. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Desirable: City and Guilds 706/1 and 706/2 or NVQ Level II in Catering.
Job Duties: To prepare and carry out all activities concerned with the preparation and cooking of meals. Maintain high levels of hygiene within the kitchen area and keep area clean and tidy at all times. Ideally have basic understanding of learning disabilities.
We will give you a commitment to your ongoing training and development including NVQ's.
