The Prince's Trust in Northern Ireland is seeking a talented individual to join our Contracts Team and support the tracking of performance and collection of evidence as required by our Funders, the European Social Fund and Department for the Economy.

Fixed Term - 6 months (possible extension of 6 months subject to funding)

Full time- 35 hours a week

The Prince's Trust is a youth charity that helps change young lives. We give practical and financial support, developing key workplace skills, such as confidence and motivation. We work with 11 to 30-year-olds who have struggled at school, have been in care, are long-term unemployed or have been in trouble with the law. We have helped more than 825,000 young people since 1976 and support 100 more each working day. More than three in four young people we helped last year moved into work, education or training. The Prince's Trust in Northern Ireland is seeking a talented individual to join our Contracts Team and support the tracking of performance and collection of evidence as required by our Funders, the European Social Fund and Department for the Economy.

The successful candidate will be required to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including employers and young people and maintain a system for recording and reporting of performance.

With proven experience, the ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills; a high level of IT proficiency (particularly MS Excel); the ability to multi-task and use initiative; a high level of enthusiasm and commitment and the ability to relate to young people from a diverse range of backgrounds.
