Lisburn YMCA is seeking a dynamic, experienced and innovative full time youth worker to manage its centre based provision.
Our youth centre is in the heart of Lisburn and draws young people from all around the city. The successful candidate will manage the centre based and detached provision with 70+ part time hours and a significant curriculum budget.
This is a key position within our organisation and the post holder will need good organisational skills alongside an ability to think strategically in order to facilitate a programme that is designed to meet the needs of young people.
