Loaf Catering is a social enterprise comprising of a highly successful corporate catering and cafe business with various sites, including the Bobbin Café at Belfast City Hall. Plans are underway for opening of a new Café/Bakery on Belfast’s Grosvenor Rd.
We are currently seeking an innovative, creative and highly motivated Catering Manager to help us grow our business. The successful candidate will help us grow our Cafes and Corporate Catering business with a particular focus on the management of staff, operations and sales in Loaf cafes.
He/she will work with staff and management to ensure we deliver a quality service and product while creating training and employment opportunities for local people with barriers to learning.
