To assist the CEO in developing and implementing a sales strategy to secure the financial sustainability of VIable Corporate Services and deliver a focused corporate services portfolio of services to a growing client base in the third sector.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Business Development

    • Secure new business in the third sector for VIable Corporate Services

    • Responsible for organisational sales targets

    • Reporting on individual quarterly sales targets

    • Gain an understanding of the key purchasing drivers and tailor solutions to meet these

    • Developing a solid pipeline by identifying and developing  new prospects and leads

  • Business Meeting skills

    • To ensure a very high level of planning and preparation for all face to face meetings

    • Demonstrate regional knowledge in efficient planning of client facing appointments

    • Present clear and compelling propositions to customers through professional well-structured business meetings and business proposals

    • Deliver effective sales presentations through varying formats to third party customers.  This could be in the form of training, consultation or end user meetings.

    • Demonstrate clear SMART objective setting for all activities

  • Relationships

    • To develop relationships with potential customers, stakeholders and other influencers in the third sector to the highest professional standard.

    • Creating and maintaining strong working relationships with all third party partners

  • Promotion and Communication

    • Improve the awareness of VIable Corporate Services in the third sector

    • Create and implement tactical sales and marketing activity

    • Seek to establish new and innovative ways to sell VIable Corporate Services to clients

  • Accurate Reporting and Communication

    • To manage all Sales opportunities through and ensure all tasks are completed on time

    • Circulation of all activity plans to line manager covering the following three weeks activity

    • Delivery of clear communication to customers.

  • Fulfil other duties as required.
