Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Castle Court Shopping Centre, Belfast

SIX4GOOD is a unique fashion collaboration between Oxfam Ireland and SIX - Look good, do good. SIX4GOOD is an accessories and jewellery shop with a difference. All of the brand new items on sale in-store have been generously donated to Oxam Ireland by SIX (a Beeline brand) to help raise vital funds for people in extreme poverty worldwide.
The purpose of this role is to be responsible for sales and profit at the shop, complete customer service, store operations and team leadership. The branch Manager is responsible for achieving retail targets by driving sales and delivering the greatest customer service possible to our customers. The successful candidate will have:
At least 3 years demonstrable relevant branch management experience in a retail environment including customer service focus and a “hands-on approach”
Proven track record of leading and working effectively in a diverse team
Previous branch management experience and understanding of financial procedures including cash handling
Excellent customer service skills
