Board Member/Director

This is a voluntary position but reasonable travelling expenses may be met.

To fulfil the normal duties and requirements of a Company Director by attending board meetings - usually 5 or 6 per year.

To determine policy of the organization.

To determine strategy for the organization and how it may grow.

To monitor the finances of the organization to ensure its viability.

To bring experience in other organizations or sectors to AdoptNI.
