The Bank Support Worker is part of the staff team, providing services for adults who have Learning Disabilities (Twisel Lodge) or Brain Injury, physical disabilities and associated conditions (Ballymacoss) within the registered residential home.
As part of the Living Options residential services, support workers enable residents to pursue a valued lifestyle by supporting them with personal care as well as with social, emotional, spiritual and daily activity needs.
Hours: As and when required

Location: Ballymacross House, 1 Johnston Way, Lisburn, BT28 2XE and/or Twisel Lodge, 19a Church Avenue, Holywood, BT18 9BT

Hourly Rate: £6.54 per hour
Essential: Maths and English GCSE at Grade C or above (or equivalent).
Registered or applying for registration with the N. Ireland Social Care
Council.
Demonstrable evidence of experience of providing physical care / support for individuals within the last 2 years.
Or
Demonstrate equivalent experience in informal or voluntary care work
Desirable: NVQ 2 (Health & Social Care) or equivalent
Knowledge of Learning Disability, Brain Injury, physical or sensory disability and associated conditions
Knowledge of minimum standards for Registered Residential Homes
Knowledge of RQIA
