Senior Care Workers assist the Scheme Manager in running the scheme including compliance with the residential care home regulations, other statutory requirements and FOLD's own policies and procedures.

Essential Criteria:
- Minimum 2 years' experience (within last 3 years) at supervisory level in a residential or related support or care setting for frail older people
- Experience of Manual / Patient handling.
- NISCC registered/successful registration on appointment - successful candidates will be required to register with NISCC within 2 weeks of receipt of employment offer (where not already registered). *Applicants should detail on their application whether they are NISCC registered or specify that they are willing to apply for registration as required.
- Knowledge of drug control and custody of medicines.
