Bank (Flexi) Driver/Care Assistant

Based: Millbrook Court Day Centre, 228 Donaghadee Road, Bangor, BT20 4RZ

Hours: As and when required

 Essential Criteria:

• Experience of transporting Passengers. Eg. Minibus, taxi within the last two years. Anyone who has taken their driving test after January 1997 must have D1 authorisation
• Knowledge and understanding of the care and support needs of people with Dementia
• Minimum 6 months experience (within the last 3 years) of providing care/support for older people in a paid or voluntary capacity
• NISCC registered/successful registration on appointment - successful candidates will be required to register with NISCC within 2 weeks of receipt of employment offer (where not already registered)*. *Applicants should detail on their application whether they are NISCC registered or specify that they are willing to apply for registration as required
