Based at: Fold House, 3 Redburn Square, Holywood, BT18 9HZ

Salary: £7.47 per hour +15% shift allowance

Hours: As and when required

Essential Criteria:

• Minimum of one years' experience of front-line customer service.
• Minimum 6 months experience of telephone based work in a key performance indicator (KPI) driven environment.
• IT literate with demonstrable experience of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent telephone communication skills.
