Assistant Chocolatier
Salary: £13,300.56 - £15,834.00 per annum pro rata
Hours: 16 hours per week
Location: Moneragh
Purpose of Job: To work as part of the social enterprise team at chocolate memories this will include working alongside traineeswho have autism spectrum condition (ASC) and associated disabilities to produce chocolate products for retail.
Essential: Understanding gained through working in a food production/manufacturing environment, posses a full valid driving licence.
Desirable: Recognised qualification in Catering, relevant Health and Safety qualification. Working knowledge of ASC.
The successful candidate will receive training in the chocolate making process.
