Area Housing Manager

Based at: Radius Housing Association, Belfast, Holywood (Greater Belfast Area)

Ref: AHM.HM.06

Hours: 37 hours per week

Salary: £33,438 (pt38) to £39,177 (pt44) per annum

Essential Criteria:

• Relevant 3rd level qualification plus 3 years' relevant management experience (gained in the last 5 years) OR At least 5 years' relevant experience (gained in the last 7) of the full range of housing management services
• Experience of and commitment to delivering customer services and ensuring they are delivered to a high quality
• Highly developed communication skills with experience of building and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders and the ability to negotiate and influence others
• Effective leadership skills and experience of managing teams and developing initiatives to develop and motivate employees
• Ability to construct and manage budgets with a focus on managing performance to achieve organisational targets
• Valid driving licence with access to a vehicle to carry out the mobility aspect of the role
