They will provide a drop-in advice and sign posting service, will network with other agencies and community groups and provide information and awareness raising on a range of issues relevant to lone parents and their families.
Applicants should have an excellent standard of education including relevant qualifications in welfare rights (Citizens Advice or Law Centre accredited training), experience in using Advice Pro would be an advantage, and have experience of family support with an overall knowledge of relevant issues to Lone Parents.
Applicants must have a clean, current driving license and private transport or have a form of transport, which would allow the post holder to meet the extensive travel requirements of the post.
