Essential Criteria
A commitment to the ethos of the Centre for Health and Well Being, in particular the ability to maintain confidentiality
Educated to GCSE level
Proven ability to manage financial resources
Computer literate with experience of working in the community
Excellent oral communication skills
A proven ability to negotiate in variety of contexts
Experience of working with groups and individuals across the statutory/voluntary sector
Desirable
Administrative qualification e.g. NVQ level 3 Administration Studies
Basic fundraising knowledge, e.g. completing funding applications for < £500 or generating unrestricted funds through local bag packs, sponsored walks or street collections
