To maintain administrative systems and processes for the smooth running of ASCERT and to provide support to ASCERT service staff and management. To undertake reception duties, acting as a first point of contact for all incoming callers and visitors.

Key responsibilities 

  1. To undertake reception duties, ensuring each customer approaching ASCERT receives a good level of customer service.
  2. Liaising with the public, providing customers with accurate information in relation to ASCERT services.
  3. Preparation of rooms for events within ASCERT and facilitate room bookings.
  4. Administrative support to ASCERT’s management and service teams.
  5. Undertake weekly ordering of goods and services for ASCERT, ensuring value for money.
  6. Maintain ASCERT information resource and stationary supplies.
  7. Maintenance of customer databases.
  8. Maintaining cleanliness of ASCERT Lisburn premises.
  9. To carry out other responsibilities that may be required, as commensurate with the post.

*Please note hours are Wednesday 2-5pm, Thursday 9-5 & Friday 9-5pm & Interviews will be held Week Begining 15th December 2014*
