WOMEN'STEC are seeking to recruit for the position of Administration Officer.

We are seeking to recruit for the post of:

 

Administration Officer

 

WOMEN’STEC delivers non-traditional training skills and opportunities throughoutNorthern Ireland and advocates for change in creating and promoting equal opportunities for all women.

 

Reporting to the Project Manager, this role will involve maintaining efficient administration systems and providing office support to WOMEN’STEC staff.  It will also involve switchboard duties and liaising and communicating effectively with students and visitors.

The post holder will be confident in using Microsoft Office, have experience of updating databases.  They will have excellent customer service skills. He/she will be someone who is proactive and understands the importance of consistent and well-executed administration.

 

Salary – scale 1 point 9 (£14,075 pro rata)  Hours - minimum 25 hours per week. This post is secured until March 2018 but will be renewed subject to securing additional funding.
