We wish to recruit 2 enthusiastic and motivated individuals to progress an exciting project to tackle alcohol related culture and harm. The successful candidates will play a key role in developing awareness of & response to a wide range of alcohol related issues and will play a pivotal role in assisting communities develop and implement Alcohol Action Plans that facilitate interagency action and build local capacity to understand and address alcohol related harms..
Applicants must have a recognised 3rd level qualification & two years recent paid experience of successfully managing health related projects at middle management level in an NGO, Private or Public Sector body, Or, Five years experience of successfully managing and delivering community based projects in a health related area. Candidates will have excellent networking and organisational skills and ability to work with a range of organisations at several levels. Knowledge of community development, partnerships, inclusion, equality, training and alcohol mobilisation processes will also be central to the role.
These full time posts are required for 2 years, will be based in the Strabane area but working across the Western Health Trust area.
