The Guide looks at the major eventualities in the cycle of an employee, from recruitment through to ending employment.
It covers many areas and eventualities that are unlikely to happen in the course of the cycle of the 'average employee'. However, there would be no point in producing a guide that did not offer practical assistance for the occasions when the employment relationship becomes problematic.
