'Waiting for Equality' examines the waiting list for social housing in North Belfast. It provides an analysis of the Housing Executive's North Belfast Strategy and considers the issue of discrimination in housing policy. The paper concludes that in the context of a declining Unionist electorate, the Housing Executive, Unionist politicians and paramilitaries have united behind an agenda to maintain the status quo.
