The Arts Council is pressing ahead with moves to make the National Lottery pay for previously exchequer funded programmes.

The newly reconstituted Forum For Local Government And The Arts (FLGA) met on Thursday 6th April at the Bill Clinton Centre in Enniskillen to confirm the strategic plan for future regional arts development across Northern Ireland’s district councils.
