The Northern Ireland Events Company is managing a major new funding programme aimed at supporting community festivals. £450,000 is available through the Community Festivals Fund to support festivals throughout Northern Ireland.

As part of a wider investment strategy for Northern Ireland, around £50m has been provisionally allocated for capital investment in elite facilities for Northern Ireland's Olympic Sports.
