This course has been run as part of NICVA’s Management Development Programme for the past three years, and is delivered by DMS Personnel Consultants (Ireland) Ltd. Workshops were held in NICVA one day a month from January until June, with participants covering subjects such as Employment Law, Absence Management and Communications in the interactive and informative workshops.
After the presentation of certificates several participants commented on how useful they had found the course and how they had enjoyed the interaction and relationships over the past six months.
