After a customer satisfaction survey showed that the Child Support Agency (CSA) was not easy to contact or visible in the community, the CSA determined on an outreach service to increase their public profile.
Initially, the service aims to improve service delivery to voluntary groups that work closely with families.
The service will eventually be rolled out to all client based groups and employers who may have CSA customers.
The CSA also educates groups and the public about procedures and legislation.
Request an outreach session
If you are an organisation or client based group the CSA outreach officers can on request, hold surgeries at your premises to deal with specific cases, or hold information sessions so that the legislation and procedures of the Agency can be explained.
