Bread and Butter Issues Served up to Junior Ministers.
Bread and Butter were on the menu yesterday when the two Junior Ministers - James Leslie and Denis Haughey - met with the Bread and Butter Bill of Rights Lobby Group. The newly formed group - an alliance between NICVA (Northern Ireland Council for Voluntary Action) and NIAPN (the Northern Ireland Anti-Poverty Network) and OUNI (Oragnisation for the Unemployed, Northern Ireland) - is calling for 'bread and butter' issues to be included in the new Bill of Rights.
