Are you prepared for the new ACCESS NI procedures that come into operation in April 2008? The ARC (NI) Disclosure Service could help.
ARC (NI) is a registered charity with a track record in providing an 'umbrella' service to organisations within the social care sector in Northern Ireland. We provide a range of training and support including good practice fora and a range of high quality accredited training.
ARC (NI) is registering with ACCESS NI to become an umbrella body to process checks and support organisations to meet their duty under the new legislation.
ARC (NI) will provide a checking service to ensure applications are accurate before they are submitted. Did you know that over 3,000 application forms are rejected monthly in Great Britain? In terms of the expense and delay caused by resubmitting applications, this can be extremely costly to organisations. The disclosure service will ensure applications are error free and handled confidently, efficiently and speedily.
In addition, the service will also provide guidance and up to date information on procedures and good practice.
POCVA will end on 17 March 2008 so we would encourage you to contact ARC (NI) to discuss your requirements as soon as possible.
