Birthday milestone for Drumaroad group

Drumaroad Community Regeneration (DRC) is celebrating its fifth birthday with a special edition of its Community Newsletter.

The birthday publication highlights the activities of the group during 2005 which was a busy and rewarding year. It also includes a special feature on local traditional music icon Gus McElroy.

MESSAGES
The group has received birthday greetings from Down District Council, NICVA and East Down Rural Community Network (EDRCN).

SUCCESSFUL NEWSLETTER
Mr Liam Quinn chair of Drumaroad Community Regeneration said, "The newsletter shows our group's clear transparency in keeping the local communities informed and involved in what we are doing in trying to improve community life for the long term betterment of everyone."
