Building Unity through Diversity aims to challenge our perceptions of developing countries, and also to celebrate the diversity of our society.
1000 families: The family album of planet earthConcern Worldwide is proud to host the "1000 families" outdoor exhibition of images from acclaimed photographer Uwe Ommer. These portraits represent families from different backgrounds and traditions and from diverse parts of the world, yet there is an underlying sense of unity through them all - one of common humanity.
As part of the wider Building Unity through Diversity project that explores the links between diversity and development, Concern Worldwide will be running the following seminars and events:
City Hall, Belfast, Saturday 30 August, 12noon-6pm
Linenhall Library, Wednesday 3 September, 12noon-2pm
Linenhall Library, Tuesday 9 September, 12noon-2pm
