The charity CTT has partnered with Europe’s largest independent payment network operator, Alphyra and owner of Payzone, to offer charities a secure credit/debit card terminal.
CTT is a specialist, independent and impartial organisation. It focuses mainly on the provision of a wide range of products and services including Donated Products, used to increase charities’ efficiency in many of their core areas of activity:
CTT argues that among the benefits of the terminal are fast and secure credit and debit card processing, simple plug and play features, the opportunity to generate incremental revenues from mobile top ups and no fixed costs of any kind.
The facility allows all all debit and credit card transactionspayments to be processed through the terminal using an existing telephone line, so no additional costs are incurred. The terminal can also be moved around from outlet to outlet or event to event as required.
While the terminal is available for free other charges for credit/debit card transactions will apply. This article should not be seen as NICVA endorsing the service.
