The Arts Council have launched the STart UP Initiative which is a new initiative set up to provide support, including grant aid, to those organisations throughout Northern Ireland who have not yet availed of Arts Council funding, including Awards For All.
STart UP is aimed at strengthening arts activity within the community, making a real difference to groups who previously have not been engaged in the arts and/or those who struggle to find funding from other sources.
