The Social Economy Agency (SEA) has just launched the website of its IMMPACT initiative.

Monday saw the public and much anticipated launch of the IMMPACT website. The IMMPACTinitiative is a response to the rapidly changing grant funding, administrative and policy environments impacting on the Voluntary and Community sector in Northern Ireland. IMMPACT explores a range of finance and income generation options to develop sustainable funding in supporting frontline organisations meet their mission.

The website will provide a platform for the journey towards sustainability of Voluntary and Community Organisations (VCOs) through dissemination of resources and materials to those on the IMMPACT initiative. This includes a range of direct frontline groups and a key set of strategic Infrastructure Partners (IPs) including Community Change; Early Years; Confederation of Community Groups Newry & Mourne; Social Economy Solutions and the Community Empowerment Partnerships whom collectively help support the delivery and rollout of the IMMPACT Learning Programme across the sector in Northern Ireland. It is also intended that the website will allow for those not officially registered on the initiative to utilise the resources available in their desire to take action for their organisation's financial sustainability.
