Community, voluntary or statutory agencies from the SHSSB region is inviting applications for funding from two parts of the Children and Young People's Funding Package

NICVA has received notification today that The Southern Health and Social Services Board (SHSSB), as the lead agency within the Southern Area Children and Young People's Committee, on behalf of the Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety, invite applications from community, voluntary or statutory agencies, for funding from two parts of the Children and Young People's Funding Package, as follows;

  1. Parenting education and support services
  2. Early intervention services for children and young people vulnerable to offending and
    their families.
Funding is available for services to run, within the SHSSB area, up until March 31st 2008.

The maximum grant for Parenting Education and Support grants is £8,000. There is no maximum for the Early Intervention grants.
