The Belfast Telegraph's Woman of the Year Awards is accepting entrants until Monday 12 November 2007. There is a voluntary sector category so get your nominations in now!

woman of the yearThe Belfast Telegraph wants to hear about women who have made a difference in your life. It is seeking nominations for the Woman of the Year Awards, and one of the categories is for Woman of the Year in the Voluntary Sector.

She could be a carer, a fundraiser, or simply somebody who sacrifices her time for others. Nominations may be made by anybody who knows an individual they believe is worthy of an award. To be eligible, the nominee should have been in her line of work for at least a year and be able to demonstrate success, inspiration and passion for what she has done.

Each nomination needs to be supported by a citation of not more than 200 words and should include your name, address and daytime telephone number. If you can't think of somebody to nominate (and we can't think why you wouldn't) then pass the information along to other organisations you think might be interested.

Don't forget, the closing date is Monday 12 November at 12 noon, so post your entries to:

BT Woman of the Year
Belfast Telegraph
124 Royal Avenue

or by email to womanoftheyear@belfasttelegraph.co.uk
