Salary Range: £22,187 - £27,388
To deliver the vision, misson and aims of Forthspring by the development of a community cafe and catering services with the long term aim of achieving sustainability.
The newly created post of Quality Assurance Manager will have the responsibility for quality compliance, assurance and improvement activities within Extern.
The post holder will assist in the support, administration and development of Extern's IT infrastructure.
The successful applicant will be expected to provide professional, effective and efficient administrative support services to the Board, CEO (who also acts as Company Secretary) and Senior Management Team (SMT).
The Axis project in the greater Belfast area has received funding from the European Social Fund (ESF) for a three year period to develop a range of training and employment initiatives for adults.
The post holder will be responsible for the collating, recording and systematic filing of all records in relation to the administration and monitoring of the ESF programme. The postholder will manage three project staff and be responsible for the timely submission of both quarterly and annual financial and operational claims to the European Office and facilitation of all audits relating to the programme.
Based in Belfast with residential periods at the Ballycastle Centre and cooperating with groups throughout the province and beyond.
Hours: 37.5 per week
Salary: £20,600 - £24,600
