To develop & manage a team of Mentors and to ensure that appropriate processes, training and policies are implemented. The mentoring network is for young Deaf and Hard of Hearing people from 5 – 25 years old living in Northern Ireland.

The Association is growing signifcantly and currently employs more than 70 members of staff based at offices in Holywood and Londonderry and in numerous residential posts. We now wish to appoint a suitably qualified person for the undernoted post.

It aims to increase political awareness amongst young women to enable them to actively participate in decision making at all levels in our society. Funded to March 2010.
