Full-time, fixed term three year post
(Salary NJC pay scale 6 £20,895-£22,293 under review)

Candidates will normally be appointed at the start of the pay scale.

The Skills Development Officer will assist in the development of a skills strategy and deliver training, one-to-one consultancy and support as part of NICVA’s Reaching Communities and training and development function.

The postholder will be required to co-ordinate the provision of all NICVA training to the voluntary and community sector and ensure effective administrative records are maintained.

Applicants must have:

  • two years’ working experience in the design and delivery of training and skills development opportunities AND a professional training qualification, or
  • three years’ working experience in the design and delivery of training and skills development opportunities.
