The successful candidate will ensure that a professional service is provided to clients, including children and young people, at all stages of the mediation process and will develop and maintain internal and external relationships to meet the aims and objectives of FMNI.

Essential Requirements Include:

  • Five GCSE passes at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English and Maths
  • RSA/OCR Stage II in Word Processing or European Computer Driving Licence (or equivalent)
  • At least three years administrative/clerical experience/project coordination to include minute taking, diary and appointment management, invoicing, handling petty cash and banking
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Demonstrable competence in word processing, databases and spreadsheets
  • Familiar with correspondence via email
  • Capable of using the internet as a tool to access and research information

Hours - 35 hours per week

Salary - £17,781
