Part-time Receptionist - 20 hours per week (9am – 1pm)
(Initially 6 month contract)
Reference: CNI/R/08/08
Salary: £7,168 per annum

Carecall prides itself on providing excellent customer service and as the public face of Carecall our Receptionist is a key person on front line customer service. You will be responsible for supporting the Business Support Manager in providing an excellent customer experience, ensuring all customers and service users are dealt with efficiently and in a warm and friendly manner. You will have a proven track record of providing administrative support within a business environment with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. You must be able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and accuracy coupled with strong communication and organisational skills. As our front line team member, you will be expected to have excellent interpersonal skills and to have high standards of personal presentation.
