Pay Scale: £13,271 - £16,892
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 2 years experience working in a busy office environment, preferably within the voluntary/community sector.
With responsibility for ensuring the smooth runnning of the office, the post holder will ably delegate tasks to 2 administrative assistants.
Our charitable organisation provides support to bereaved people. Therefore, applicants must demonstrate a tactful and sensitive telephone/face to face manner. Excellent communication and organisation skills are essential, as is experience using all MS Office packages particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
An interest in the voluntary sector and bereavement issues would be advantageous.
