We require 3 experienced Community Development Workers, each to work with a cluster of three selected local groups/areas located across Counties Antrim, Down, Armagh and Tyrone. Each cluster will include groups within a 25 mile radius.
These are fixed-term posts until October 2010 with a salary of NJC Pts 26-28, £21,412 - £22,845.
A minimum of 3 years full-time or 4 years part-time recent paid community development experience working with a wide range of local groups is required.
Managing human and financial resources, evaluation, report writing and IT skills are essential.
The postholders will be required to work unsocial hours and to travel to support the project areas. Access to transport for work purposes is essential.
