In this role you will provide vital administrative support to the Changing Ageing Partnership. The Changing Ageing Partnership (CAP) brings together Age Concern, Help the Aged, Queen's University Belfast and the Workers' Educational Association and is funded by The Atlantic Philanthropies. The Partnership aims to provide older people in Northern Ireland with the framework and skills to campaign for a better quality of life and to challenge the stereotypes that exist around being older.
Your duties will include coordinating meetings, maintaining systems and databases, providing reports and coordination across the CAP Working Group. Applicants must have a proven record in administration, strong typing skils and excellent knowledge of Access, Word, Powe Point and Outlook. You will have the ability to plan and organise your workload and have good customer care skills with experience of dealing with members of the public.
