Fighting poverty is up to everybody! The main target is to improve the living conditions of all people in the development countries.

HUMANA People to People is an international network of 30 national NGOs and their subsidiary social welfare companies working in the sector of development aid. Altogether they run more than 150 development projects in Africa and Asia, eg teacher training schools, vocational training centers, children’s aid projects and sensitization projects in the battle against HIV/AIDS.

We, as the German partner, look forward to recruiting Junior executive managers, whatever background or formal education they come from, to help expand the organisation in Germany, Europe and worldwide.

The program offers vocational training in entrepreneurship and social competences –
for future leadership in development aid and in social welfare companies.

The program lasts 24 months:
• 6 months preparation and work in Berlin
• 6 months work in one of our partner organisations in Africa
• 12 months work in Europe

The work in Africa is multifaceted. You can work with street children, with HIV/AIDS, with communities, in the field of environmental protection, sanitation, health or be part of training for future teachers. Humana People to People Deutschland e.V. will train you for the project and will go along with you during the time in Africa.

It is a challenge and a first step – we hope to find people who are willing to work together with us for a longer period!
