The HR Manager will be based in the regional office in Belfast and will lead and manage a high quality support function for a growing organisation, currently comprising of four accommodation services and one training, education and employment programme.
This will include managing the recruitment process, providing an advisory service to managers on employee relation matters and the co-ordination of a training programme that ensures staff at all levels have development opportunities that link to our business objectives. The successful candidate will ensure Depaul Trust operates within both its own employment policies and current employment law.
Two years experience in working in an HR department is required, preferably at a management level, and a third level business related qualification and or CIPD qualification are desirable.
