By taking this role you will become an integral part of a strong, friendly team. You will be tasked with developing policy relating to older people by identifying research needs, developing briefing papers and documents and analysing research and statistics. You will be responsible for implementing a programme of evidence gathering and you will promote policy be making external presentations, contributing to working groups and writing articles for journals, newspapers and magazines.

You will be able to clearly demonstrate experience of developing and promoting policy decisions to local, regional and national government, including developing and monitoring a policy information resource system. Your research and statistics background will have given you strong analytical skills.
