Project: Inside-Out Intensive Bail Support
Job Purpose: To manage the Inside-Out Intensive Bail Support Project, including full budgetary control in line with contract requirements. To ensure the delivery of the Inside-Out Intensive Bail Support Project tailored to the needs of each young person referred. To manage and ensure good practice via provision of supervision, training and guidance in relation to practice. To assist with short and long term strategy and practice development.
Contract Status: Permanent (subject to continued funding)
Salary: Grade 6, Currently £26,386 rising to £31,688 per annum (For commencement beyond the first point on salary scale please refer to Salary Policy).
Hours: Full-Time/37.5 per week (inclusive of meal breaks). Occasional evening and weekend work. Requirement to undertake "on call" duties.
Location: Whitefield House, 2 The Hawthorns, Belfast, BT10 0NR.
Payment: Monthly directly into bank account (via BACS).
Holidays: 26 days on entry to grade plus 11 statutory days per annum. Holiday entitlement increases after 3 and 5 years' service.
Pension Scheme: Contributory pension scheme. Employer contribution 6.5%. Employee contribution minimum of 3.5% of salary. Scheme membership includes additional Benefits of Life Insurance and Permanent Health Insurance.
