Essential criteria includes:
  1. Be able to clearly demonstrate one years experience of working with young people in a youth work setting in a paid or voluntary capacity.
  2. Show evidence in delivering, planning and organising programmes that address the expressed needs of young people including experience of outreach and detached youth work.
  3. Be able to clearly demonstrate their skills in engaging with young people.
